  • Mr. Samuel Stein, B.Arch. (Eng.): Accountable Executive (CEO)

Mr. Stein is an airports expert with over 35 years of international experience in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and Africa, including as a technical expert for ICAO. He serves as the CEO and Accountable Executive for ASO International, having occupied the position of Director General at the Montreal-based consulting firm of APA Airport Planning Associates for over 30 years and Head of Planning for the Montreal Airports System of Transport Canada. He graduated with a B.Arch. from the Faculty of Engineering and completed the two-year Air and Space Law program at the Institute of Air and Space Law of McGill University in Montreal

  • Mrs. Chaïma Ben Miloud, M.Eng : Jr. Engineer, Head of Operations

Ms. Ben Miloud serves as Head of Operations for ASO International, where she is responsible for ensuring compliance with our Safety Management System and providing overall management of our operational staff. She previously occupied the positions of Projects Coordinator for the aircraft engine manufacturer Pratt &Whitney Canada; Planning Engineer for Bombardier Aerospace; and Training Coordinator for the multinational engineering firm SNC-Lavalin. Ms. Ben Miloud earned B.Eng and Masters degrees from the École Polytechnique of the Université de Montréal. She has won numerous awards for innovation and excellence in her work
